Don Fraser Rocklin Historical Society Announcement

A Hugely Generous Donation from Kaiser Permanente

Kaiser-Logo

Kaiser Permanente recently awarded the Saint Vincent de Paul Society, Roseville, a $27,250 grant that will continue to help people in our community have access to urgent medical care.

Saint Vincent collaborates with the Gathering Inn and together they provide a free weekly, half-day urgent care medical clinic for adults at each campus. The clinics provide a free medical evaluation, and if prescription medications are recommended by the medical provider, they are also available free of charge.

We sincerely thank Kaiser Permanente for their ongoing support!

In memory of Terry Fitzgerald

Terry Fitzgerald

Born January 14, 1952 and passed way too soon on March 6, 2015. Terry lived and worked in the Sacramento and South Placer County areas for more than 40 years in the Title Insurance business, most of those years with Placer Title Company. It was there that Terry was inspired by Leo and Eileen French by the amount of love and work they put into the St. Vincent meal program on Saturday afternoons so he decided to join them. That was more than 15 years ago and Terry enjoyed every one of those Saturdays in the kitchen and the clients that came in for a meal. Terry often said it was one of the most rewarding things he had been involved in.
